Growth Dynamics International (GDI) seeks to empower leaders through relationship - by mentoring, consulting, resourcing, oversight and individualized sabbatical and formation experiences.

Based at the Three Hills Retreat Center in the Alleghany Highlands, GDI provides a place where those used to being in positions of constant giving can find rest, refreshment and fresh perspective. Refreshment comes from enjoying the pristine woodlands, sipping a cup of coffee while watching the sun go down on the verandah, or hiking in solitude through the National Forest. Being among seasoned leaders who are passionate about helping leaders 'finish well' creates an environment that allows for 'thinking outside the box', real honesty and new perspective.

As a center for innovative, Kingdom-centered leadership training, GDI provides leadership and character formation experiences for leaders at different stages of development, including the soon-to-be-launched Destiny & Design Internship for emerging leaders. GDI provides apostolic oversight for new-paradigm organizations (churches, businesses and other Kingdom-focused entities) through Vanguard Ministries. GDI also provides highly effective leadership training and mentoring resources through a partnership with Transformational Leadership Coaching.
