· Reservations: A deposit (credit card or personal check) of one night or 1/2 the total room charge (whichever is greater) is required to hold a reservation.

· Cancellations: Deposits are fully refundable with eight days' notice. Cancellations within seven days of arrival will forfeit the deposit and receive a gift certificate for deposit amount, good for one year.

· Payment: Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal check, cash, or Travelers' Checks accepted.

· Extra Guests: Room Charges are based upon as specified number of people staying in the room. There is an additional charge of $20.00 per extra adult and/or $15.00 per child, Children under 5 stay free.

· Smoking: For the health of our guests, smoking is permitted on decks and verandas only. Violators will be assessed a $50 cleaning fee.

· Children are most welcome at Three Hills Inn. Many of our suites and cottages are ideal for families. Some roll-a-ways, cribs, and/or floor beds are also available.

· Pets: Well behaved pets are welcome in some units by special arrangement. Please inquire when making reservations. Pet fee is $20/room/night.
