The new Apostolic reformation is an integral part of God's re-creation of the way we "do church" in this generation. Existing organizational structures are giving way to new ties that are more organic, based on life flow and relationship rather than role or hierarchy, and recognizing God's work in restoring our understanding and experience of the Apostolic role.

Long-term apostolic relationships with a small number of partner churches are a key facet of Growth Dynamics' mission. We also provide limited consultation on church leadership and church government issues, especially with churches functioning in New-Testament, elder-led paradigms. Much of our consulting and oversight happen under the auspices of Vanguard Ministries. Doug Fike, Executive Director of GDI, is a founding member of Vanguard's Apostolic Council.
