GDI team members have extensive experience doing organizational development and transition consulting for leaders and leadership teams. GDI consultants are adept at identifying developmental issues and bringing big picture perspective. Clients are given the opportunity to turn conflict into growth. Leaders and leadership teams are challenged to engage the core growth issues that will either move their organization to the next stage of development or keep them in a holding pattern until they atrophe or decline. Leaders
in transition look to GDI consultants to provide a framework and specific
tools to help them engage the transition season wisely and
wholeheartedly. The goal of these leaders is to come through transition
seasons by "graduating" to the next phase of development and
more effective service. Leaders that go through transition without the
