Onsite

From the early days of Three Hills, God brought a trickle of organizational leaders including missionaries, pastors, corporate executives, and other Kingdom-Inn view winterminded individuals who were in need of replenishing, counsel, and renewal. The primary profiles of people who come onsite for ministry are transitioning mid-career leaders and burnt out Kingdom-focused business, government or church leadership families.

Retreats, seminars and networking events held on site draw clearly targeted groups of people.

Over the years GDI has also hosted longer term programs designed to form leaders in community. The Greenhouse Project and the Leadership Formation Internship (LFI) are examples. Young leaders creatively exploring God's call lived and worked alongside transitioning mid career leaders in these programs.

The Three Hills community is a center for creative thinking and hands-on Doug stokes the fires of communityexperimentation in cutting-edge leadership training methodologies. Visitors to Three Hills often have the opportunity to recieve informal consultation on the training and formation of leaders. They are also given the chance to 'come and see' GDI's leadership training understandings at work in the lives of the members of the community in both formal and informal settings.
