GDI provides apostolic resourcing and oversight for select organizations. These long-term relationships include mentoring of the top leader, regular interaction with the leadership team, and periodic connection with the organization as a whole. The organization being resourced makes an ongoing financial commitment to GDI often based on a percentage of the organization's income. Organizations that are in an apostolic relationship with GDI become part the GDI cluster and the wider Vanguard network. This opens up a world of relationships and resources, and anchors that organization within a larger context.

Apostolic resourcing and oversight grows out of relationship and an organic knitting of hearts and vision. GDI works with organizations and leaders all over the world providing consultation, training, troubleshooting and/or strategic planning. Some of these connections grow into ongoing relationships. Of those, a few become apostolic oversight partnerships.
